Wear and Corrosion Protection for Ball Valves, Seats, and Stems

Valve wear and corrosion can lead to leakage, causing costly downtime and maintenance. To combat these issues, we combine high-performance powders with proprietary sealants to provide long-lasting protection on balls, seats, and stems.

Our metal-to-metal thermal spray coatings are particularly suited for ball and gate valves in the petrochemical sector. Specialized HVOF coatings maintain tight valve operation, preventing erratic jamming caused by solids or scaling.

These coatings also stabilise friction fluctuations, allowing for lower torque operation, which enables the use of smaller actuators, reducing both dimensions and costs. Additionally, our HVOF powders are ideal for seat ring coatings, delivering enhanced wear resistance and extended component life.
